The O'Dea-Moyers Group's aggressive marketing pays off in Starwood

Paul and K Sartore wanted to sell their home. After living in Starwood for several years, Paul and K wanted to move within Frisco to be closer to their family. Their home was on a view lot in Starwood and they wanted to get as much for their home as possible. The Sartores were no strangers to moving and they had bought and sold numerous homes over the past years.

When Sonny and Judi presented their marketing plan, Paul and K saw a new approach to selling homes. Paul writes, "We always thought that most realtors were pretty much alike. After eight offers and just as many counter offers, we agreed on a price that was right in line with what we had hoped for. It also came at a time that was excellent for us. Sonny's Masters Degree in Psychology paid off for us. Clearly he is one of the best negotiators we have ever dealt with in real estate."
